Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AngerKit mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the app on devices that you own or control.

This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the app or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the app or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the app, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information
• Not share your login credentials or give access to your account to any other person
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account

User Content

Our app allows you to create, upload, and store content, specifically journal entries about anger. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to the content you submit
• All content is accurate and does not violate these Terms
• The content will not cause injury to any person or entity

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the app:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate any person or entity
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the app
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the app
• To use the app in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site
• To introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful

Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AngerKit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that:

• The app will meet your requirements
• The app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from the use of the app will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, our officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the app will not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the app in the past six months (if any).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
